About the event
"Are We Bear Yet," is our first organised road ride in collaboration with the team at Beartown Brewery. It is the perfect ride for cyclists, coffee and beer lovers of all skill levels. We'll kick off with a cup of Kickback coffee at Nook & Cranny in Alderley Edge, setting off at 10.30am and finishing at the famous Beartown Brewery in Congelton around 12.30pm.
Cleverly named (If I do say so myself) "The Teddy Bear" the leisurely 36-mile route meanders through the awesome Cheshire countryside, offering breathtaking views and gentle terrain that's accessible to riders of varying abilities. You can check out the full route here.
And there's a Beartown beer at the end, with space to securley store your bikes. It should be a good, but not too challenging route and a great oppotunity to meet fellow cyclists.
Start: Nook & Cranny, The Shed 36 South Street, SK9 7ES @ 10.30 am
Finish: The Den at Beartown Brewery, Spindle St, Congleton CW12 1QN @ 12.30 pm
There will be a group of riders heading back to Alderley Edge after, for those who need to get back to Alderley Edge. No need to book, just turn up on the day. If you have any questions, please email hello@nookandcranny.shop
